∎ Maintain and monitor drivers’ & helpers’ schedules, attendance, leave issues and keep all the records.
∎ Assist all sorts of maintenance (vehicle) and provide any emergency support required on road.
∎ Motivate drivers & helpers to ensure on-time delivery and maintain good relations.
