Job Context:
∎ Prochito IMC Ltd., is looking to hire a Graphics Designer who is able and dedicated to being part of a creative team responsible for all aspects of image processing/editing work on the latest version of Adobe Creative Suite.
∎ Only applicant with the following qualifications and experience will be considered:
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate must have at least 4-5 years of experience in advertising industry.
∎ Must show a strong artistic ability and understanding of the built environment and demonstrate skill to tell a story through an image.
∎ Able to guide junior designers and quality-check designs done by them.
∎ Strong leadership and team management skills, while working under specific time restraints.
∎ To responsible for designing, creating and executing concepts.
∎ Should have strong conceptualizing skills. Proactive thinking with an attitude to constantly upgrade and create exceptional work.
∎ Strong knowledge about Adobe's Creative Suite
∎ Strong graphics designing knowledge and proven ability to use a variety of software (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator).
∎ Maintain up-to-date knowledge about latest graphic design techniques.
∎ Research and analyze best design techniques and solution to create motion graphics.
∎ Excellent design skills, including the effective use of color, form and composition.
∎ Should design and create graphics according to the guidelines and instructions.
∎ Ensure compliance with company guidelines and design standards.
∎ Experience in all major design software and a proven ability to produce entertaining educational or inspirational visual content that is consistent with the brand.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Adobe Photoshop/ Illustrator, Creative Design, Drawing skills
∎ At least 4-5 years of experience in advertising industry
∎ Excellent communication skills.
∎ Candidate must be capable to be work with under pressure.
∎ A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
∎ Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
∎ Creating multimedia content, skill on motion graphics are additional requirements
∎ Ability to multitask and work toward several milestones on various projects simultaneously.
∎ Ability to understand the desired outcome of a project when meeting with clients and the ability to bring them to life.
