∎ SB.Sc in Industrial Engineering.
∎ Candidates who are completed B.Sc in Industrial Engineering from Shahjalal University of Science & Technology will get preference.
∎ Science Background is Preferrable
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: six sigma,Lean
∎ Skills Required: Energetic and self-motivated, Strong communication skills , Strong leadership and team management skill
Experience Requirements:
∎ 12 to 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Garments Manufacturing, woven Garments
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Group of Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify the bottlenecks in the processes, analyze the problem and implement changes to achieve continuous process improvement.
∎ Develops and implements plans that ensure the effective utilization of people, facilities and equipment enabling the achievement of program delivery.
∎ Analyzes operational processes and develops performance metrics and reporting to optimize and improve productivity and efficiency of operations.
∎ Identify and deploy the cost reduction measures in every step of the processes.
∎ Utilize lean manufacturing ideology to design and execute innovative floor plans and value addition.
∎ WIP planning
∎ MMR & proper planning with establishment
∎ Training & Development
∎ Reporting to Higher management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Improve efficiency, eliminate waste and reduce idle time.
∎ Best utilization of man and machine.
∎ Should have experiences in modern IE technique's.
∎ Should be knowledgeable on process optimization.
