∎ Skills Required: Analytical and problem solving skills, Strong communication skills , Strong leadership and team management skill
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify the bottlenecks in the processes, analyze the problem and implement changes to achieve continuous process improvement.
∎ Develops and implements plans that ensure the effective utilization of people, facilities and equipment enabling the achievement of program delivery.
∎ Analyzes operational processes and develops performance metrics and reporting to optimize and improve productivity and efficiency of operations.
∎ Identify and deploy the cost reduction measures in every step of the processes.
∎ Utilize lean manufacturing ideology to design and execute innovative floor plans and value addition.
∎ WIP planning
∎ MMR & proper Planning with establishment
∎ Training & Development
∎ Must be follow Company policy, SOP, Hourly, Daily, Weekly basis monitoring
∎ Reporting to Higher management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 48 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates should also have working experiences in blazer factory
∎ Under pressure working capability.
∎ Highly energetic and active.
∎ Should have to carry ownership taking mentality.
∎ Reliable and visionary capability.
