Experience Requirements:
∎ 12 to 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accurate Sample Development, CAD, Pattern, Sample Section Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Report directly to the Managing Director.
∎ Manage as Head of Sample development center consisting of 100 Sample Operators & 159 machines (Knit, Woven & Denim).
∎ Specialized in Light knits, Light woven, ladies' tops etc.
∎ Ensure RFT Sample with high quality and fulfilment of design.
∎ Develops and implements a full product plan that includes coordinating with the design team, merchandising team, sourcing team and production team.
∎ Identifying and applying the most suitable processes to solve sample manufacturing problems.
∎ Experienced to handle large quantities of new style samples, able to serve multi-customers' on different standards.
∎ Establish and apply the standard of fit and construction from concept through to bulk production.
∎ Ensure pre-production samples are developed according to the established fit & quality standards as well as complying with cost specification.
∎ Provide technical advice and support in pattern making, fitting and garment construction before sample delivery (perform sample inspection).
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good leadership, technical, human relation & conceptual skills.
∎ Sound Computer knowledge.
