Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate/Post graduate from any discipline/B.Sc. in textile engineering.
∎ ISO 9001 (QMS) lead auditor will be preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring to execute effectively SOP in all factories.
∎ Visit SOP at least twice in a year with all technical (SPD) team to ensure each individual factories are aligned with customer requirements.
∎ Visit POL, Retail link, GRN to see the quality related updates every month & share with related factory quality managers during meeting.
∎ Effectively interact with RND section and production team to maintain product quality assuring system and policies to comply with quality system requirements.
∎ Collaboration with production management and Make them understand that quality should come from needle point not from end table quality inspectors.
∎ Lead all factories quality managers, Supervisors, in-charges, quality inspectors & CQAD team and ensure resolve the issues regular basis.
∎ Ensure to inspect right way of all incoming material in all the factories.
∎ Collaborate with dyeing unit and ensuring quality team are working transparent way to ensure right quality fabric are delivering in each factories.
∎ Co-relate factory internal fabric inspection report with dye house quality team to ensure both are aligned.
∎ Work with customers are try to reduce fabric inspection process in factory as we are already doing fabric inspection process in our dyeing to reducing duplicating the work.
∎ Right way balancing manpower is one the key task to ensure company annual profitability.
∎ Look into talent management side and assess annually to give them award in right person.
∎ Follow up with each factory internal score card to ensure final quality (workmanship) goal less than 1.5 percent and packing quality goals 100 percent.
∎ Conduct management review meeting with all department and update to the SR management at least quarterly basis.
∎ Ensuring no customer complain, no product recall happening in any factories.
∎ Must have communication skill and presentation skill.
∎ Work with customers to get quarterly and annually report card on the basis of quality and compliance(optional).
∎ Must know the inspiring, motivate and grow the team work among the managers levels.
∎ Strong leadership and team management skills.
∎ Good team player, well organized, initiative and details oriented.
∎ Able to work under pressure n complete the task within time frame.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 55 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Clear concept of industrial engineering.
∎ 10 to 15 years in RMG sector {Knit factory}
∎ Application must have experience quality control, quality assurance, audit and control management.
