Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall production.
∎ Management and giving necessary directives to the Production Manager regarding the production plan.
∎ Having a clear idea about the quality of garments and to guide his subordinates to take necessary corrective measures if there is any problem of quality so that garments can be made the exportable stage.
∎ To implement a price-controlled policy in every stage of production, so that production cost is reduced.
∎ To advise the Production Manager to follow the production schedule.
∎ To ensure the duties and responsibilities of subordinates as vested on them according to the organizational policy.
∎ Ensure Production as per planning.
∎ Make sure to contribute to Daily, weekly & monthly planning.
∎ Ensure optimum utilization of men, machine & material to capitulate higher productivity.
∎ Analyze, control and reduce cost in an effective and efficient manner.
∎ Understand technical file, PP comments & implement in place.
∎ Track revised/final delivery, in-house & approval dates of respective styles to ensure timely delivery.
∎ Responsible for reporting production cost, maintenance, consumption, monthly stock, people, quality and safety for effective decision making by management.
∎ Reporting to MD about daily production & as per planning.
∎ Coordinate with other department heads as required.

Factory is producing knit and Woven, top, bottom and jacket etc using both imported & local fabric as per customer requirements.
A Progressive Professional management team and a good employee friendly program is set-up to run marketing, sourcing, quality, ccommercial and production.
The Group has recruited all well experienced & technically sound persons working as the top managements. Each department namely Merchandising, Commercial, Production, Finance, Administrative & CAD division has well capable departmental heads who run the plants on their own.
The average age is 30 years and the minimum age is 18 years. The working environment at our factories is very convenient. All the working areas are very clean, well ventilated and adequately cooled. There are adequate exits in the event of emergencies and aisles are kept clear. Power supply, Gas, Water and all other utilities are available around the clock. We also have our own substation and generators in the event of a power failure.
All the factories are in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations or statutes regarding health, building safety, fire and environmental issues.
