• Minimum 20 years` experience with 5-8 years in a General Manager position, reporting directly to management.       

• Preference for candidates with experience in the Kint & Woven industry.

• Strong leadership, team management, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.      

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.       

• Proficiency in computing.      

• Knowledge in 5s, 6 sigma, lean management & other productivity enhancement tools & techniques (Practical & Modern).      

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines & Strong understanding of IE & Planning.       

• Result-oriented with positive work ethics.       

• Self-driven, motivated, and proactive.·       

• Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and work effectively in a team.      

• Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic production environment.

We are a 100% export oriented Knit & Woven Garments Manufacturer, looking for dynamic and highly professional persons for the post of "GM-Production". The incumbent must be energetic & possess an enthusiastic personality with self-driven competency for taking challenges.·       

1. Responsible for overall activities from cutting to shipment related to production and operation for Knit & Woven garments.
2. Ensure 100% capacity utilization and waste reduction.       
3. Acknowledgement of the order quantity in advance for making production plan with Back-to-Back layout production and to liaise with the Management and to give necessary directives to the Production Manager of the unit regarding the production plan.       
4. To give necessary directives to Production/Sample team to make a sample of a particular buyer in order to get the approval of mass production.       
5. To keep close eyes in order to attain acceptable production limit and to ensure about the implementation of the production schedule.      
6. Application of core industrial engineering concepts to Knit & Woven garments manufacturing processes.       
7. Having clear idea about the quality of Knit & Woven garments and to guide his subordinates to take necessary corrective measures if there is any problem of quality so that garments can be made exportable stage.      
8. To implement price-controlled policy in every stage of production, so that production cost is reduced.      
9. To make necessary arrangement of training for the subordinates in order to increase the production capability by following modern production procedure.       
10. To take all necessary safety measures in connection with the production.
11. To ensure the duties and responsibilities of subordinates as vested on them according to the organizational policy.       
12. To ensure professional working environment in all production area with 100% compliance standard.       
13. Manage tasks for smooth production, final inspection pass, and on-time shipment.       
14. Monitor order status and conduct regular meetings with merchandising & marketing & IE & Planning for order planning.       
15. Build a highly motivated workforce to achieve targets.       
16. Establish discipline and proper housekeeping on production floors.
17. Optimize utilization of manpower and machinery.       
18. Implementing Standard MMR for operations.      
19. Ensure line balancing as per layout, time, and motion study for all styles.
20. Implement best operating practices and ensure relevant SOPS are in place and followed as a system according to existing policies to maintain the completeness of all regulatory and buyer compliance, and to provide an accident-free environment for employees by promoting and implementing safe working practices.       
21. Communicate directly with Managing Director when issues arise.
