∎ Ability to manage 2 million pieces of production per month efficiently.
∎ Proven track record in resource allocation, quality control, and team leadership within the knit garment industry.
∎ Resource Management: Efficiently allocate manpower, machinery, materials, and facilities to meet production targets and resolve bottlenecks.
∎ Quality Control: Enforce quality standards, conduct checks, and implement corrective actions.
∎ Production Monitoring: Track productivity, identify process improvements, and enhance efficiency.
∎ Team Management: Lead, train, and motivate production staff to maintain high performance.
∎ Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety regulations.
∎ Cost Management: Monitor production costs and implement cost-saving strategies.
∎ Continuous Improvement: Drive process optimization and introduce lean manufacturing practices.
∎ Communication and Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and update management on progress.
