Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee and supervise all civil and interior construction activities.
∎ Monitor daily project expenses and ensure cost control.
∎ Maintain effective communication with the project team and contractors.
∎ Manage project accounts and financial records.
∎ Ensure timely project completion within the allocated budget.
∎ Lead and manage site engineers and coordinate their tasks.
∎ Enforce and maintain quality control standards on-site.
∎ Proactively identify and resolve issues to avoid project delays.
∎ Evaluate project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
∎ Prepare and maintain reports, documentation, and project records.
∎ Submit regular progress reports to the appropriate authorities.
∎ Perform additional duties as assigned by management. Key Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare and review construction designs and project plans.
∎ Visit and inspect project sites to monitor progress.
∎ Supervise contractors and laborers to ensure quality execution.
∎ Ensure materials meet required standards.
