Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Candidate Must have vast technical knowledge on Down jackets, padded jackets, fake down jackets, real down jackets and other varieties of jackets.
∎ Ability to manage 40 to 50 lines factory and solve day-to-day production-related
∎ Develop and implement comprehensive production plans and schedules, ensuring on-time delivery with quality.
∎ Must have IE-based production knowledge and implement techniques to enhance productivity.
∎ Oversee all aspects of production, including material procurement, inventory management, manufacturing processes, quality control, and logistics.
∎ Manage and motivate a team of production personnel, including supervisors, technicians, and quality control staff.
∎ Identify and implement process improvements to maximize efficiency, minimize waste, and reduce costs.
∎ Maintain strict quality control standards and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.
∎ Analyze production data and identify areas for improvement.
∎ Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on production performance.
∎ Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in production and operations.
