Educational Requirements:
∎ The candidates should be a Minimum Graduate or Master Degree holder.
∎ Diploma or short course on productivity/ garments technology will be considered as added qualification.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 12 to 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Production, Production Management (Sewing)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have 12-15 years working Experience as a PRODUCTION HEAD in complaint RMG unit having minimum 15-20 lines/ 2500-3000 workers.
∎ Must have sound knowledge in production of Outerwears Viz Jacket, Trousers, Bottoms, Children dress, Fleece, Tpos & bottom from both WOVEN and KNIT fabric and all kinds of knit wears.
∎ Must have sound knowledge on labour laws and control over the production staff.
∎ Must have good communication skill in English and Bengali to share the issues with IE and Planning department.
∎ Must have experience in working with IE and Production Efficiency department.
∎ Must have computer literacy.
∎ The selected candidate will be sole responsible of Production, Quality control, Washing, Packing and Shipment of goods on time.
∎ The selected candidates as a senior management staff of the factory will monitor and ensure all compliance issues, safety, security and discipline of the factory.
∎ The selected candidates will run the factory as per labour law of Gov and rules and regulation of the company.
∎ The selected candidate must be target oriented and cost conscious.
∎ The selected candidate must have experience to work with system and cost analyst.

∎ Strong leadership, team management, problem solving and multi tasking skill.
∎ Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team members
∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali
∎ Good knowledge & skills in computing
∎ Strong technical knowledge in Planning system
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills
