Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Chemistry/ Master of Pharmacy (M. Pharm)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be an expert on Production Management
∎ Responsible for effective Production planning and efficient implementation
∎ Regular schedule meeting with floor in charge & others
∎ Developing and implementing innovative strategies to streamline factory operations
∎ Management of inventory in terms of raw materials, production, finished goods, storage, and delivery of products from the factory.
∎ Management of factory administration, installation of new machineries, land issues, labour issues & deployment etc
∎ Management of overall health, environment, security and safety issues of the Factory
∎ Regularly submit report on the activities and action plan/recommendations to the Head Office Sales Department
∎ Ensure smooth execution of Pharmaceuticals, Foods, Toiletries production of the factory as per the Management demand
∎ Responsible for operation and operational staff control and Management
∎ Ensuring Optimum utilization of man, machine & material for higher productivity
∎ Forecasting weekly/monthly usages for certain raw materials
∎ Ensure on-time delivery of finished products to the Branches
∎ Motivating factory workers to continually achieve factory targets
∎ Ensuring that factory machinery is in good working order
∎ Maintain stock of raw materials, packaging materials and chemicals etc.
∎ Prepare daily production report and submit to Management
∎ Any other assignment not detailed herein & felt conducive by Management as and when necessary
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Supervision of personnel working in QA/QC & other sections
∎ To face/ conduct a visit by the Drug/ BSTI
∎ Supervision of personnel working in QA/QC & ensure all documentations are done in time
∎ The applicant should have experience in the following position: QA & QC
∎ Must have experienced regarding RM/PM, Reagent, Chemical & Machineries of QC Department.
∎ Should have basic knowledge on ISO, HACCAP & GMP
∎ Strong leadership, team management, problem solving and multi-tasking skill.
∎ Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team members
∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali
∎ Strong technical knowledge in Planning system
∎ Must have good understanding of Labour Law in Bangladesh
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a stipulated time-frame
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills
∎ Needs to have Strong knowledge/understanding of Planning
∎ Must be capable to operate Computer (MS Word, Excel, good command in Bangla-English Typing)
∎ Software Knowledge will be preferred
