Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall Marketing, Merchandising & Business Development of the company.
∎ Need to play significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward marketing operational excellence.
∎ Achieve & evaluate the objectives and targets of the Marketing & Merchandising department.
∎ Analyze pre-costing & post costing and evaluate financial result for the product.
∎ Need to ensure all types of garments fabrics, trims accessories etc. are available as per production plan.
∎ Follow up the planning/production team.
∎ Establish and maintain a strong & strategic partnership with vendor and suppliers.
∎ Work closely with the Top Management to develop and deliver strategic plans and goals and identify risk, mitigating factors and potential opportunities for the future.
∎ Collaborate with top management to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes and resources.
∎ Remain up-to-date about all the technologies and techniques, trends, competitors and all aspects of the company target.
∎ Ensure periodic reporting to the management.
∎ Daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting to management on ongoing activities and issues.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven working experience in Sweater Merchandising & Marketing
∎ Good Communication skills in English and Bengali.
∎ 10-15 years' experience in related industry with minimum 2 years in similar position.
