Educational Requirements:
∎ Master degree in any discipline
∎ Graduate/ MBA or Retd Officer from Army rank of Major with professional Diploma/ course from reputed university/ institution will get added advantage.
∎ MBA (major Management/ HRM) with PGDHRM will be preferable.
∎ Skills Required: Admin Security, HR

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Selection & Recruitment proficiency: To supervise and ensure appropriate recruitment action plan to support talent sourcing.
∎ Labor Law Proficiencies: Ensure legal compliance of policies and procedures, termination, dismissal Compensation, disciplinary action, etc Formulate employee motivation factors, counselling, grievance and labour handling, conflict management etc.
∎ Preparing & developing the factories for buyers visit or third parties, communicating with audit companies, buyers and other agencies. Maintaining communication with all government/compliance related organization
∎ Responsible for ensuring healthy workplace maintaining efficient operation of Safety, Hygiene and Environment.
∎ Planning, control and maintenance of office transports, office equipment, property, assets and other movable and immovable properties;
∎ Maintain sound liaison and public relations with all relevant authorities including law enforcement agencies, different government agencies and local influential community leaders to ensure smooth operation. .
∎ Effectively organize and lead the administration team with responsibilities for office support, maintenance of transport pool, security, legal affairs, general site/office maintenance.
∎ Responsible for repair and maintenance, provision of utilities and security of the factory premise.
∎ Effective management of Access Control & Time Attendance System, Deployment of Security Guards, Fire Fighting System, Evacuation Procedure & Emergency Contact.
∎ Responsible for Traffic control and surveillance system (including emergency telephone system, closed circuit television and PA system).
∎ To maintain general office administration, support organizational and staff management.
∎ To ensure maintenance of discipline in factory.
∎ To co-ordinate and support to management team and department heads.
∎ To manage legal issue of the company.
∎ To manage day to day administrative work.
∎ Responsible for physical protection includes asset protection, work place violence prevention, access control system, surveillance with internal & external theft & threat.
∎ To coordinate COC HR and Production department during compliance audit.

Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the garments manufacturing business area.
∎ Sound knowledge of Bangladesh labor law.
∎ Be capable to formulate and implement relevant policies.
∎ Demonstrating discretion, confidentiality, diplomacy, integrity, honesty and openness.
∎ Able to demonstrate excellent team spirit and team building skills.
∎ Good people skills, communicating and listening and able to build a team who can provide the administrative services required.
∎ Able to demonstrate a systematic and common sense approach in order to effectively play the designated role.
∎ Forward thinking in how administrative standards can be met and improved given the commercial pressures of manufacturing environment.
∎ Working knowledge of IT i.e. Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) and Internet is a must.
∎ Demonstrating the desire for long term commitment to the job and enterprise.
∎ Strong in written and spoken English is highly required.
∎ Able to work independently & under pressure.
∎ Be capable to formulate and implement relevant policies.
∎ Demonstrating discretion, confidentiality, diplomacy, integrity, honesty and openness.
∎ Able to demonstrate excellent team spirit and team building skills.
∎ Most importantly preference will be given to retired Defence Personnel.
