∎ Undergraduate degree, Major in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources or related field

∎ 4 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ As Asst. Manager payroll, it would be your job to manage the payroll function within your organization. If you're good with numbers, can structure them efficiently and maneuver them to meet the requirements of payroll, and ensure maximum benefit for employees, then this job could suit you.
∎ Perform payroll operations in accordance with company and local law regulations
∎ Take responsibility for payroll systems to process payroll account transactions (e.g. salaries, benefits, allowances, deductions, taxes, and third party payments)
∎ Update payroll records by reviewing and approving changes in exemptions, benefits, deductions, separation settlements and job titles, and department/ division transfers.
∎ Ensure compliance with relevant laws and internal policies
∎ Prepare Annual and Monthly manpower budgeting for different business units.
∎ Maintain accurate records and prepare reports, make these available in the system for record-keeping.
∎ Provide payroll information by answering questions and requests.
∎ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
∎ Suggest changes in salary structures as per local regulations and governance to maximize benefits for employees
∎ Coordinate with other teams and to ensure timely processing of salaries and disbursements.
∎ To Prepare Monthly Workers Wages Sheet, over time Sheet, Bonus Sheet and Staffs Salary Advice.
∎ Assist to all functions associated with the payroll operations.
∎ Responsible for all scheduled and unscheduled payroll actions and for compiling, computing and preparing other payroll related reports.
∎ Liaising with staffs and workers on payroll related queries.
∎ To prepare daily attendance report,
∎ To prepare daily absenteeism report and submit to the factory head.
∎ Any other responsibilities as assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 4-5 years working experience in the field of payroll management in the garment manufacturing industry
