Educational Requirements:
∎ Master in Food technology/Chemistry

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Evaluating the nutritional value, color, flavor and texture of food.
∎ Testing food samples for particular types of moulds, yeast and bacteria that may be harmful.
∎ Ensuring that food manufacturing processes conform with government, processing, consumer and industry standards.
∎ Exploring alternative manufacturing methods.
∎ Generating new product ideas and recipes.
∎ Ensuring that strict hygiene food safety standards are met.
∎ Testing and examining samples.
∎ Working closely with other food production Staff including Microbiologists, Engineers, Packing Staff and Buyers.
∎ Investigating and setting standards for safety and quality.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have practical Experience.

Salary: Negotiable
