Develop and implement effective sales plans to achieve the company’s assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual rice sales targets within the designated territories.
Identify and develop new markets, appoint new dealers, and explore potential distribution points to expand the existing distribution network and drive sustainable sales growth.
Build, manage, and maintain long-term strategic relationships with dealers, distributors, wholesalers, and retailers, and promptly resolve issues related to pricing, delivery, stock availability, or other trade matters.
Supervise and control the daily activities of the field sales team, including Sales Officers and Sales Executives; set clear targets, provide operational guidance, and ensure on-the-job coaching and performance support.
Monitor daily sales performance, market demand, stock movement, order processing, and delivery operations to ensure continuous product availability and timely market distribution.
Ensure proper execution of trade promotions, product display, branding, and merchandising activities in line with approved sales and marketing plans to strengthen brand visibility and market presence.
Prepare, analyze, and submit periodic sales reports, market intelligence, target-versus-achievement statements, and team performance evaluations to Head Office within defined timelines.
Ensure strict compliance with company policies, sales guidelines, and ethical business practices at the field level, while safeguarding the company’s reputation and brand image.
Continuously monitor competitors’ pricing, packaging, promotional offers, and marketing strategies, and design and implement effective competitive sales strategies accordingly.
Plan, coordinate, and oversee the successful execution of new rice product launches, promotional campaigns, and special sales initiatives at the market level.
Oversee the implementation of dealer and retailer incentive schemes, monitor outstanding collections, and coordinate with supply chain, production, and logistics departments to ensure uninterrupted product supply.
Collect market feedback, complaints, and improvement suggestions from customers, dealers, and trade partners, and communicate them to relevant departments to enhance product quality, packaging, and customer service.
Analyze reasons for shortfalls in achieving sales targets, identify performance gaps, and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve overall sales effectiveness.
