Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelor's degree in any discipline from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To set RFT & DHU controlling policy and to track SRM KPI documents.
∎ To perform the duty of Nominated Quality controller for all buyers head of Quality System, to be responsible for driving initiatives pertaining to quality control, Quality Assurance, NQC and QS implementation.
∎ Dealing the QS inspection and ensuring high pass rate, and working to meet buyer's quality requirements, system implementation and quality enhancement.
∎ Establishing standard Quality Management System (QMS) as per customer demand.
∎ To ensure AQL as per Buyer/Customer requirements.
∎ To lead the team of Quality Assurance and ensure accountability to the top management.
∎ To ensure Quality in the whole process Fabrication to Shipment in a knit Garment.
∎ To give Quality & Technical guidance, Production Support, Process management and Quality management
∎ Maintaining liaison with merchandising and production department and making the plan to ensure maximum quality.
∎ Train up to Quality person about QA Standard as per Buyer/Customer requirements.
∎ To make plan to minimize rejection and communicate with production department
∎ To handle Buyers QA during their final inspection and during floor visit.
∎ To handle the Technical audit.
∎ To ensure Re-check cannot be happened during final inspection.
∎ Other task will be assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Knit garments, Quality Controller/ Assurance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Garments/Buying house.
∎ At least 5 years as a Department Head in Quality Assurance department in a well-reputed group of companies & or Brands.
∎ Must be ready to work extended hours for setting the desired quality standard in the initial stage.
∎ Need to handle all the buyers Q.C and inspection independently.
∎ Good written and verbal communication skill in English.
∎ Good Computer skills (e-mail, word, excel)
∎ Ability to work in a team with a strong focus on results.
∎ Good analytical ability and problem-solving skills with excellent interpersonal relations.
∎ Preference will be given to the highly experienced person.
