∎ Preferable Textile background
∎ Training/Trade Course: Lean,5S,Six Sigma
∎ Skills Required: Energetic and self-motivated, Strong communication skills , Strong leadership and team management skill
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Garments Production, Garments Textile, production management (Cutting), Production Management (Finishing), Production Management (Sewing)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Group of Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead factory independently.
∎ Responsible for daily production and work to achieve daily production target with buyer required quality standard.
∎ Responsible for operation and operational staff control and management.
∎ Manage all task for smooth production, smooth final inspection pass, and on-time shipment.
∎ Increase production, quality and efficiency while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining compliance.
∎ Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to ensure on-time delivery.
∎ Collaborate with IE & Planning for line planning, process breakdown, check consumption, costing, and inventory.
∎ Attend customer meeting, production meeting, share roadmap and make sure on-time delivery on a priority basis.
∎ Provide clear direction, encouragement and support to team members.
∎ Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets.
∎ To Motivate the workforce for achieving the company's goal.
∎ Lead automation, innovation & adaptation of technology.
∎ Have to ensure good working Environment.

∎ The position will be in factory.
∎ Candidate must have proven knowledge on Production & IE.
∎ Must have experience to work under pressure.
∎ Should have to carry ownership taking mentality.
