∎ Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Global Sales Representative to join our sourcing office team in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, with extensive connections and networks in the woven garment industry, particularly in fashion, casual, and workwear segments.
∎ Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products.
∎ 2. Prospect and onboard new clients, expanding our market reach and presence in key regions around the globe.
∎ 3. Collaborate with the design and production teams to understand market trends and customer preferences, ensuring our product offerings align with market demand.
∎ 4. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of sale with clients, maximizing profitability while maintaining strong customer relationships.
∎ 5. Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management, keeping them informed of market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance.
∎ 6. Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our brand and generate leads.
∎ Requirements:
∎ 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
∎ 2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the woven garment industry.
∎ 3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
∎ 4. Extensive connections and networks in the global fashion, casual, and workwear segments.
∎ 5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade others.
∎ 6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen understanding of market dynamics and trends.
∎ 7. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
