∎ Minimum Bachelor Degree on Fashion Design from any reputed university
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ As the Global Development Manager, you are accountable for developing and executing the global component & product development strategy, short and long term, in alignment with our business strategy, vision goals & sustainability roadmap
∎ You lead your team to secure the best deal, setting goals and activities that contribute towards delivering best customer offer
∎ You are accountable for relevant methods on component and product development flows that ?maximize the responsiveness on various customer needs through collaboration with key stakeholders
∎ You are responsible for continuously identifying and driving ways to optimise our component and product development process in relation to our supplier strategy, including education, customer knowledge that lead us to our overall direction towards supplier self-reliance
∎ You have a customer and product focused mindset and the ability to set a vision and strategy that identifies the right priorities and direction relating to production development
∎ You have an excellent understanding of the product development flow from Idea to customer enabling you to identify and drive opportunities and ensure we develop suppliers for future growth
Additional Requirements:
∎ Preferably 10-12 years of professional working experience in similar role
∎ Work experience in European company will be preferred
∎ Strong ability to communicate complex data/information in a simple way by using tools such as Excel
∎ Excellent written and spoken English
∎ Is a driven team player that can guide, involve and inspire the rest of the team
∎ Detail-oriented, with strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
∎ Strong problem solving skills and decision-making abilities
∎ Bigger picture thinking and ability to understand business needs of different functions and how they are interlinked
∎ Flexibility and willingness to adapt to change
∎ Ability to handle and stay motivated in high pressure situations
∎ Big leadership Potential
