• Diploma in Agriculture
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

• 10 to 20 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Wholesale, Retail Store, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Poultry, Fisheries, Agro based Startup

• Age 40 to 55 years
• Only Male

• Must Have experiences about Agro industries like Feed.
• Fish Feed, Poultry Feed, Cattle Feed

• Formulate and execute the company’s overall strategic business plan to ensure sustainable growth.
• Lead, mentor, and monitor all functional departments (Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations) to achieve organizational objectives.
• Develop and enforce policies, procedures, and corporate governance standards.
• Ensure financial performance, cost control, and operational efficiency.
• Identify new business opportunities, investments, and market expansion scopes.
• Supervise and evaluate performance of senior managers, ensuring proper accountability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and external agencies.
• Represent the company in high-level meetings, negotiations, and industry platforms.
• Provide regular business reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to the Board/Chairman.
• Maintain high professional standards, discipline, and ensure compliance with company policies.
