• Basic understanding of packaging procedures and equipment.
• Ability to lead a small team.
• Attention to detail and strong work discipline.
• Ability to work in a cold-storage/processing environment.
• Good communication skills.

Job Summary:

The Packaging Supervisor will manage and oversee packaging activities to ensure product quality, accurate labeling, and proper packing according to company and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily packaging operations.

• Ensure packaging materials are used efficiently and correctly.

• Verify product labeling, weight, and packaging standards.

• Monitor packing staff productivity and maintain discipline.

• Ensure hygiene and safety practices in the packaging area.

• Report any packaging defects or machine issues to management.

• Maintain stock of packaging materials and inform the store/production team when inventory is low.

• Prepare daily packaging reports.
