Responsibilities & Context:
Location: Near Sreemangal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily field activities including plucking, weeding, pruning, planting, and maintenance.
- Monitor labour attendance, discipline, and productivity.
- Ensure proper implementation of field instructions given by the Assistant Manager/Manager.
- Maintain daily field records (work logs, labour distribution, leaf count, etc.).
- Inspect field conditions regularly and report issues such as pests, diseases, or soil problems.
- Assist in executing agricultural practices for improving yield and quality.
- Ensure safety and compliance with estate rules and labour regulations.
