Job Summary

Reputed Tea Estate is seeking qualified and energetic "Diploma Engineers" in Mechanical and Electrical disciplines to join our factory operations team. The selected candidates will be responsible for maintaining, operating, and improving tea processing machinery to ensure smooth and efficient production.

Key Responsibilities

Mechanical Section:

• Operate, repair, and maintain CTC, rotorvane, dryer and other tea factory machinery
• Conduct preventive and routine maintenance
• Troubleshoot mechanical breakdowns
• Monitor machine performance and efficiency
• Ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards

Electrical Section:

• Maintain factory electrical systems, panels, motors, and wiring
• Troubleshoot electrical faults and breakdowns
• Monitor generator, transformer, and power distribution
• Ensure electrical safety protocols are followed
• Support automation and control system maintenance
