Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Assistant Manager (Field) to oversee day-to-day field operations in our tea estate. The ideal candidate will supervise plantation activities, ensure proper crop management, maintain labour discipline, and assist in achieving the estate’s production and quality

Location: Near Sreemangal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily field operations including plucking, pruning, planting, and upkeep.
• Monitor tea bush health, soil management, and pest/disease control.
• Ensure proper labour allocation, attendance, and productivity monitoring.
• Maintain field records, yield data, and activity reports.
• Coordinate with Factory and Administration departments for smooth operations.
• Implement agricultural best practices to improve yield and quality.
• Ensure compliance with safety, labour laws, and estate policies.
• Assist the Manager in planning and executing seasonal operations.
