Skills Required: Microbiologist,Microbiology,Microbiology test
Additional Requirements:
- Age 28 to 36 years
Ability to use MS Office, email and software.
Patience and empathy when dealing with farmers and field staff.
Honesty and dedication with positive manners.
Ability to interpret lab results and provide practical disease‑control solutions.
Problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail.
Responsibilities & Context:
Oversee day‑to‑day laboratory activities to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
Maintain laboratory equipment, supplies and workflow to meet testing demands.
Sample Processing and Storage.
Maintain biosafety and contamination‑free working environment.
Conduct ante‑mortem and post‑mortem examinations for disease investigation.
Perform ELISA, HI tests, and other serological or microbiological assays.
Prepare culture media, perform culture techniques and isolate pathogens as required.
Test result interpretation; disease diagnosis and give solutions to farmers.
Report and record keeping.
Co-ordination with field technical team.
Arranging seminars/workshop for farmers development.
Any other relevant assignment.
