Experience:

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)

• Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Science (DVM), Animal Husbandry, or a related field is often preferred.

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Poultry, Fisheries, Farming, Livestock, Animal/Plant Breeding, Hatchery, Dairy

• Age 25 to 40 years

• Priority will be given to candidates whose permanent address is in Noakhali, Comilla, Feni, or Chattogram division.
• Experience: Minimum 3 Years Previous experience in Technical Support, particularly in the animal health or poultry sector, is advantageous.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Bangla and English to effectively interact with diverse clients.
• Technical Knowledge: A solid understanding of poultry health management and vaccine products.
• Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories to meet clients and attend industry events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with poultry farmers, veterinarians, and distributors to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and inform sales strategies. Also need closely help marketing team to increase sales performance.
• Technical Support: Provide clients with technical information regarding Brooding, Birds management ,vaccine usage, benefits, and best practices to ensure effective application and Should good technical knowledge of broiler & Layer diseases, treatment and diagnosis.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports and market feedback to assist in strategic planning and decision-making.
