Experience: Minimum 3 Years Previous experience in Technical Support, particularly in the animal health or poultry sector, is advantageous. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Bangla and English to effectively interact with diverse clients. Technical Knowledge: A solid understanding of poultry health management and vaccine products. Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories to meet clients and attend industry events. Responsibilities & Context Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with poultry farmers, veterinarians, and distributors to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and inform sales strategies. Also need closely help marketing team to increase sales performance. Technical Support: Provide clients with technical information regarding Brooding, Birds management ,vaccine usage, benefits, and best practices to ensure effective application and Should good technical knowledge of broiler & Layer diseases, treatment and diagnosis. Reporting: Prepare regular reports and market feedback to assist in strategic planning and decision-making.
