Responsibilities & Context: The internship details are as follows: Internship Allowance: BDT 15,000 Duration: 3–6 months Additional Requirements Prior experience in international cold calling within the BPO industry, particularly in night shift operations, will be considered a strong advantage. Strong English communication skills (spoken and written). High confidence in phone-based communication and relationship-building. Ability to understand and clearly explain bootcamp offerings and career pathways. Purpose-driven mindset with the ability to articulate why our programs matter, not just what they offer. Target-oriented, proactive, and disciplined work ethic. Comfortable working night shifts aligned with international time zones.
