Job Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, email, and live chat.
Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and order status.
Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
Record customer interactions and maintain CRM/customer database.
Coordinate with the sales and operations team regarding customer issues.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Maintain a friendly and professional communication style.
Perform other customer support tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Additional Requirements
Excellent communication skills in both Bangla and English.
Good computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, Email).
Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp Business.
Positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
