We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager – IT Products to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing key client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving revenue targets for IT products and solutions.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales & Business Development
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and profitability goals.
Identify and acquire new corporate, SME, government, and institutional clients.
Generate business opportunities for IT hardware, software, networking equipment, cloud solutions, and technology services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and channel partners.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, quotations, and contracts.
Team Management
Lead, train, motivate, and supervise the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
Set sales KPIs and monitor team performance regularly.
Conduct sales meetings and provide coaching to improve productivity.
Develop and implement sales incentive programs.
Client Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Handle major client negotiations and key account management.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure timely service delivery.
Sales Operations & Reporting
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and business reports.
Monitor sales pipeline and ensure accurate CRM updates.
Analyze sales performance and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to develop customer-focused solutions.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
5 to 8 years of experience in IT product sales, technology solutions sales, or related fields.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a managerial role.
Experience in selling IT hardware, software, networking solutions, cloud services, cybersecurity solutions, or enterprise technology products will be preferred.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Strong knowledge of IT products, solutions, and technology trends.
Excellent sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Bangla.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and sales reporting tools.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
