Job Responsibilities
Assist in managing the company`s social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
Create and schedule engaging posts, captions, and stories.
Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement, and respond when required.
Research social media trends, hashtags, and competitor activities.
Coordinate with the content and design teams to produce high-quality social media content.
Help plan and execute social media campaigns and promotional activities.
Track basic social media performance metrics and prepare simple reports.
Support video and photo content creation when needed.
Perform other social media-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Experience Requirements
No prior experience required.
Experience managing personal or business social media accounts will be an added advantage.
Additional Requirements
Strong communication skills in both Bangla and English.
Basic knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
Creative mindset with an interest in digital marketing and branding.
Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools is a plus.
Familiarity with Meta Business Suite or social media scheduling tools is an advantage.
Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.
