Responsibilities & Context:
- Plan and execute marketing, promotional, and product development strategies, including budgeting and product launches.
- Organise clinical meetings, seminars, and promotional activities while providing technical support to farmers, dealers, and clients.
- Develop training materials and guide field and sales teams on products, diseases, farming practices, and selling skills.
- Visit farms, dealers, and doctors to collect insights, monitor performance, and analyse production, farm, and sales data for strategic decisions.
- Oversee cross-functional coordination, manage production and distribution, lead field teams, and ensure timely reporting and completion of management tasks.
