Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Job analysis, role design, manage end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, CV screening, interview coordination, offer letters, salary negotiations, pre-joining documentation and on-boarding.
Process monthly payroll, manage statutory deductions (Tax, PF, Leave Without Pay), administer Gratuity, bonus structures, and employee incentive planning.
Coordinate induction, skill-based training, online learning programs.
Drive goal setting, annual appraisal cycles, and manage promotions, transfers, increments.
Handle grievances, disciplinary proceedings, conflict resolution, exit interviews, attendance, leave records, official HR documentation, employee counselling.
Manage license renewals, DLS/DGPA resolutions, regulatory compliance, DLS/DGDA inspections, and industry association correspondence.
