Position Details:
Job Title: Territory Sales Officer
Reporting to: Area Sales Manager
Job Responsibilities:
Accountable for achieving sales target & increase market share of the concerned Sales Territory.
Sales, Credit and Channel management in assigned sale territory.
Searching for potential customers in order to develop new business.
Explore market expansion opportunities and grab niche market.
Implement company promotion strategy and demand creation at growers’ level.
Managing the field promotional activities like farmers meeting, field day.
Buildup relationship with existing and potential customers to enhance sales.
Participate in monthly sales meeting to share reports and best practice among teams.
Collection of Basic Market Information (BMI) and optimize its utilization.
Building strong relationship with farmers and provide technical supports based on their requirements.
Maintain close Relation with Relevant Govt. and Non-Govt. Organizations.
Any other tasks are assigned by management as and when required.
