• Develop and implement daily, weekly, and monthly procurement schedules aligned with production forecasts and existing inventory levels.

• Source and purchase all locally available feed ingredients—such as maize, rice bran, wheat bran, broken rice, mustard oil cake, soybean meal, fish meal, molasses, limestone, salt, and other essential raw materials—ensuring uninterrupted production flow.

• Verify that all procured raw materials comply with the quality standards set by the Quality Control and R&D teams before acceptance.

• Build, evaluate, and maintain a strong network of dependable local suppliers and traders across various regions of Bangladesh.

• Continuously assess supplier performance based on product quality, on-time delivery, pricing consistency, and overall reliability, while keeping supplier records updated.

• Monitor and collect daily and weekly market price information from major agricultural and feed-producing zones (north, south, and central) to support cost-effective procurement decisions.

• Analyse market trends and share timely market intelligence reports with management to aid in pricing strategy, budgeting, and procurement planning.

• Ensure consistent availability of all raw materials to avoid production disruption and support the factory’s operational efficiency.
