Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities
Plan and achieve assigned sales targets within the designated market.
Appoint and manage dealers and distributors as per KPI requirements.
Conduct regular market visits to identify opportunities and expand coverage.
Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers and dealers to retain business.
Communicate company policies, pricing, and offers clearly and timely.
Monitor dealer performance and take corrective actions when required.
Convert farmers and dealers from competing brands to Freshway products.
Collect market intelligence and submit sales and activity reports to management.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Department Head.
