Responsibilities & Context:
Arrange to maintain depot petty cash properly and achieve 100% Inventory and batch accuracy for all products.
Stock maintains physical & documentary following as FIFO.
Ensure total security of the depot, including stock, cash, and assets.
Prepare a delivery schedule by maximizing coverage to minimize expenses.
Input orders into ERP systems and generate sales orders.
Providing accurate costing to the customer.
Arranging delivery and collection of orders in accordance with the customer’s requirements.
Carry out any other assignment given from time to time by the supervisor.
