Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead and manage the total production and marketing of Yarn Dyeing unit.
∎ Responsible for existing customer follow up and new customer creation.
∎ Direct, plan and implement policies, objectives, and activities of organizations to ensure continuing operations, maximize returns on investments and increase productivity.
∎ Capable of correspondence/negotiate with parties and arrange timely deliveries by follow-up production.
∎ Monitor and close follow-up for Payment collection.
∎ Formulation and implementation of Production Planning.
∎ Should be capable of correspondence/negotiate with parties and arrange timely deliveries by follow-up production.
∎ Monitor and close follow-up for Payment collection.
∎ Effective Utilization of Plant & Machinery to maximize productivity and to ensure the production schedule.
∎ Having a clear idea about the quality of products and to guide the team members to take necessary corrective measures if there is any problem of quality.
∎ Establish and execute the standard process of production to reduce costs.
∎ Take necessary arrangement of training for team members in order to increase the quality of production and for the betterment of production.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven working experience in Yarn Dyeing Production
∎ Experience in Yarn Marketing
∎ Good Communication skills in English and Bengali.
∎ 10-15 years' experience in related industry with minimum 2 years in similar position.
