Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Visit different organisations/work sites for developing business/ creating new customers.
∎ Ensures compliance, leads improvements and collaborates with other departments to advance effective and high-quality clothing production.
∎ Manage the costing, production planning, and technical aspects of the factory, including developing production plans, overseeing technical processes, and managing costs to ensure profitability.
∎ Communicate with buyers/customers regarding production status and receiving new orders, keep buyers informed about the production process, and work with them to meet their needs and expectations.
∎ Lead research and development efforts to improve wash processes. Identify and address root causes of production issues and implement corrective actions.
∎ We are looking for a dynamic and energetic "General Manager- Washing" who will oversee washing unit operations, maximise output and have proven experience in commercial marketing for garment washing products. ·
