Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for the Group CFO (Chief Financial Officer) to oversee financial operations, develop and implement financial strategies, ensure regulatory compliance, manage risk, prepare financial reports, and advise the executive team on financial matters to help drive the organizations’ growth and profitability.
Bank management, Cost & Management accounting, Financial Statements, Fund Management and Budgeting across a group of companies.
Effective cost control, risk management and planning organizations’ financial strategies. Control and evaluate the organization`s fundraising plans and capital structure.·
Day-to-day operations and strategic functions of Finance, Accounts, and Tax & VAT departments by monitoring a large group of employees in both the head office and factories. Drive the Company`s financial planning.
Take initiative for improving operational efficiencies, controlling overheads and optimizing working Capital.
Manage overall Tax & VAT matters of the Company which includes but is not limited to: payment, processing and submission of Tax & VAT returns/reports on time, handling external audits/ disputes/appeals and maintaining good relations with relevant authorities.
