∎ The candidate must have similar position experience for at least 5 years.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Team Player/Leader of a Marketing & Merchandising Team. Strong ability in core execution/Supply chain/Backward linkage management.
∎ Keeping close follow-ups within the team regarding all kinds of Development & Production Sampling and ensuring submission as per the buyer's deadline.
∎ Monitoring the production & follow-up of all the Shipments scheduled. Close liaise with Planning, Coordination, Technical and Compliance teams to complete respective tasks properly.
∎ Must have a good connection with renowned customers - local Buying agents & Overseas Buyers - to run the business independently to fulfil prevailing factory capacity.
∎ Must be able to onboard new buyers and expand business in New Market locations/countries.
