Job Responsibilities:
∎ Initiative plans and processes which minimize manufacturing costs through effective utilization of manpower, equipment, facilities, materials and capital.
∎ Assure attainment of business objective and production schedules while insuring product standards that will exceed our customers' expectations.
∎ Responsible for overall factory operation, production, QAD and maintenance. Establish policies, procedures and production goals. Establish and maintain employee relations. Foster a well-trained and motivated staff.
∎ Ensure optimum utilization of plant capacity to achieve monthly production target as intended.
∎ Ensure standard quality of products address the customers' complaints within shortest possible time without pending dissatisfaction.
∎ Ensure predictive maintenance of plant machinery for achieving zero breakdown.
∎ Ensure safety of all employees and assets.
∎ Work closely with HRD to review HR requirements/Org Chart, engage people and manage them to maintain a capable team.
∎ Initiative plans and processes which minimize manufacturing costs through effective utilization of manpower, equipment, facilities, materials and capital.
∎ Improve manpower utilization within existing departments and processes. Schedule stability that allows for maximum return on efficiencies.
∎ Be a Coach and Mentor and manage the performance of the team members effectively.
∎ Ensure Just-In-Time (JIT) inventory, review of FG inventory in and flagging off of slow-moving and non-moving FG stock.
∎ Build ownership and sense of responsibility on all company assets.
∎ Work to establish management practices throughout assigned areas which include all employees' positive involvement with opportunity for construction input and action.
∎ Evaluate staff working under supervision and submit performance report to HRD at timely manner.
∎ Assist Management representative to implement Management commitment, quality objectives and internal policy/procedure as per customer standard.
∎ Prepare budgets and facilitate/conduct budgetary review meetings as per corporate guidelines / effectively.
∎ Identify the areas of improvement and cost savings and take initiatives to improve efficiency and control cost
