Responsibilities & Context:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the travel agency, ensuring that all functions are running efficiently & professionally.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance operational effectiveness. 
  • Manage the agency’s booking systems and other technological tools to ensure they are up-to-date and functioning properly.
  • Excellent knowledge about reservation, ticketing, tourism packages.
  • Monitor & follow-up the individual, monthly, quarterly and yearly sales target.
  • Maintain relation / liaison with all air lines offices and air ticket agents.
  • Update information collected from airport for entrance and departure and related matters.
  • Sell tickets and reservations, issuing and reissuing tickets.
  • Processes cancellations and modifications of reservations.
  • Achieve daily, monthly, and yearly sales target.
  • Ensure the business growth through marketing, customer satisfaction, and customer retention.
  • Regular follow-up with existing and potential clients.
  • Build a strong relationship with the customer & Airlines.
  • Market visit, client hunt, creating market opportunity.
  • Develop plans for products and promotion and taking necessary action regarding integrated brand management.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results.
  • Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment.
  • Ensure the business growth through marketing, customer satisfaction, and customer retention.
  • Finding new opportunities of sales and create new customers.
  • Negotiate / Deal with customers objections or complaints and provide them proper solutions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors activities.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentation also have to attend different seminars, fair for promotional purpose.
  • Communicating with customers to answer questions about tickets, pricing or flight schedules.
  • Contact customers to update them about product and promotions.
  • Carry out competitive sales study, market survey and analyze business activities.
  • Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance and market trends.
  • Any other job assigned by the management.
