Diploma / Trade Certificate in Welding, Plumbing, or related technical field from a recognized institution

Additional Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of practical experience in welding and/or plumbing.
- At least 1–2 years of teaching or training experience in plumbing and welding.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards, tools, materials, and safety regulations.
- Ability to demonstrate practical skills clearly and effectively.
- Good communication skills in Bangla; basic English communication preferred
Responsibilities & Context:
- Conduct theoretical and practical classes on welding or plumbing according to the approved curriculum
- Teach various welding techniques such as ARC, MIG, TIG, Gas Welding, and related safety practices
- Provide hands-on training in plumbing systems including water supply, drainage, pipe fitting, fixtures installation, and maintenance
- Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and practical demonstrations
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and workshop facilities
- Maintain safety standards and enforce workshop rules during training sessions
- Assess trainees’ performance through tests, practical exams, and continuous evaluation
- Maintain training records, attendance, and progress reports
- Support trainees with career guidance and employability skills when required
- Coordinate with training center management for curriculum updates and improvements
