∎ Excellent leadership and team management skills.
∎ Candidate must have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Candidate must be fully-computer literate and capable of using the full Microsoft Office Package.
∎ Must have strong technical & conceptual skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement a robust quality management system that integrates advanced technical and digital approaches to enhance garment technology and quality assurance at the organizational level.
∎ Oversee the design and execution of a modern quality management framework to strengthen the company’s quality capabilities.
∎ Lead the establishment and launch of new manufacturing units, expanding the company’s production footprint and capabilities.
∎ Manage pre-production workflows, quality control measures, and production operations to ensure they align with organizational objectives and facilitate continuous improvement.
∎ Create and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to enhance quality and operational efficiency.
∎ Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to promote a cohesive and informed working environment.
∎ Apply lean manufacturing principles to improve operational efficiency across multiple facilities, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
∎ Drive innovation by integrating digital and technological advancements into quality assurance processes.
∎ Establish and enforce quality standards, ensuring compliance and product quality. Develop product specifications and validate quality metrics to support consistency.
∎ Create and implement quality control methodologies tailored to customer needs. Maintain customer satisfaction through effective communication and technical problem-solving.
∎ Regularly assess quality control processes to ensure cost-effective and efficient methods. Recommend and implement improvements to meet quality objectives.
∎ Maintain rigorous quality assurance measures for raw materials and finished products. Take corrective actions as needed to uphold required standards throughout the production cycle.
