• Six Sigma Black Belt holders will get preference.
• Strong technical knowledge of Knit Fabrics and Garment Manufacturing processes.
• Only candidates are working as DGM / GM (QA) are advised to apply.

We are looking for a highly experienced and dynamic professional to join our team as GM – QA for a 100-line knit garment factory.

• Maintaining daily quality assurance for Yarn, Knitting, Dyeing, Finishing, Cutting, Sewing, Packing and for samples also.

• Maintain and improve QA systems to meet buyer and international compliance requirements.

• Ensure product quality for Japanese brands and major EU market buyers.

• Implement continuous improvement programs including Lean, Six Sigma, and other quality tools.

• Lead and manage the entire QA team to ensure top-quality production standards.

• Guide and train QA teams to maintain zero-defect shipment standards.

• Collaborate closely with production and merchandising teams to ensure timely and quality deliveries.

• Any other tasks assign by the Sr. Management.
