Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for a highly experienced and dynamic professional to join our team as GM – QA for a 100-line knit garment factory.
Maintaining daily quality assurance for Yarn, Knitting, Dyeing, Finishing, Cutting, Sewing, Packing and for samples also.
Maintain and improve QA systems to meet buyer and international compliance requirements.
Ensure product quality for Japanese brands and major EU market buyers.
Implement continuous improvement programs including Lean, Six Sigma, and other quality tools.
Lead and manage the entire QA team to ensure top-quality production standards.
Guide and train QA teams to maintain zero-defect shipment standards.
Collaborate closely with production and merchandising teams to ensure timely and quality deliveries.
Any other tasks assign by the Sr. Management.
