Job Context
- Mikhail Plastopak Ltd, a leading 100% export oriented Garments Accessories manufacturer based in Bangladesh, is looking for dynamic and driven GM Production to join our Production Department. The Successful candidates will play a pivotal role in expending our local presence to RMG industry of Bangladesh by identifying and acquiring new Production, expanding into new market, and maintaining strong customer relationships. They are expected to be proactive, result-oriented, and well-versed in market dynamics and industry trends.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for daily production and work to achieve daily production target with buyer required quality standard.
- Responsible for operation and operational staff control and management.
- Work for 100% capacity utilization and waste reduction.
- Manage all task for smooth production, smooth final inspection pass and on-time shipment.
- Setup sewing line, check consumption, costing and inventory.
- Strictly follow up hourly production and work for increasing.
- Lead all production staff from the front and having good command on them.
- Ensure complete tasks to make finished goods from raw materials.
- Achieve maximum production by the lowest cost.
- Guide IE team for increasing production.
- Coordinate all departments for smooth Garment manufacturing.
- Report to Head of Departments.
- Any other job assigned by the Management time to time.
